Buyers must submit proof of funds with statement for cash purchase in order to register and bid on a Four Seasons Residence.
Once approved - bidder will be granted access to owner portal for access all Purchase and Sale Documents.
The amount shown will be the bidder's bidding limit set on SparkOffer and cannot be exceeded during the Event unless further proof is provided.
The high bid is subject to the Seller's confirmation. Once confirmed and accepted by Seller, the Purchase Contract will be issued for signature.

The Purchase Contract will require:

$25,000 initial deposit.
Closing no later than August 31st 2021.
No appraisal contingency.

There is a 5-minute overtime clock. The clock will reset to 5 minutes anytime a bid is placed with less than 5 minutes in the Event.
